We're partnering with a high-growth, globally integrated B2B marketing agency to hire a client-facing Account ManagerAccount Director level lead.
This is a pivotal role for someone who can confidently connect strategy through to creative deliverybringing a clear point of view, guiding clients, and driving work from brief to execution with cross-functional teams. You'll play a key role in shaping campaigns, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring delivery is both commercially sound and creatively strong.
The Opportunity
- Act as a trusted client partner, translating business challenges into strategic marketing solutions
- Lead campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to creative and execution
- Bring a confident POVable to challenge, recommend and guide clients effectively
- Work closely with media and specialist teams to deliver integrated B2B campaigns
- Operate in a fast-paced, global environment across APAC, US and EMEA markets
What They're Looking For
- Experience at AMAD level within a B2B agency or marketing environment
- Strong grounding in strategy and client leadership, with exposure to creative delivery
- Understanding of how media and digital channels drive B2B growth (activation experience a bonus, not essential)
- Confident communicator, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders globally
- Commercially aware, organised, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running without heavy direction
