TWM is seeking a Account Manager/Sales Executive to drive prospecting and customer
engagement. The role requires building strong relationships with clients and an
understanding of software solutions to recommend suitable offerings. Candidates should
have a diploma or higher in a relevant field and 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in
the software industry. Competitive salary offered per month, plus commissions.

Key duties involve lead generation, client consultation, and demonstrating software to
improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development/Lead Generation: Prospecting, cold calling, networking, and
lead generation to identify potential clients. Proactively identify and pursue new
business opportunities through your own initiatives and with the support of our
product team.
. Solution Selling: Conducting demonstrations, analysing client needs, and
recommending tailored ERP software. Engage clients to understand their challenges
and craft tailored proposals and quotations that highlight clear business value.
Manage your sales pipeline strategically to achieve - and exceed - annual revenue
targets, contributing to the company's growth and success
. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-
makers. Providing post-sales services and ensure post-sales satisfaction from the
Company's clientele. Monitoring customers expectation and satisfaction with our
products and services.
. Sales Cycle Management: Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to
contract closing, including proposal submission. Conduct case study, discussion and
basic product demonstrations based on clients requirements.
Requirements and Skills
. Experience: 3 -5 years in ERP software.
. Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, IT, or Finance.
. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage 300,
Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle), cloud solutions, and business processes.
. Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing
skills. Confident, aggressive and results oriented. Analytical and a team player. Good
interpersonal and communication skills.
. Able to perform with minimum supervision from management. Proactive and
solutions-oriented approach towards customer needs.
. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology
company.
. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage
stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite executives.
. A self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-
oriented environment.
