This role will support the team lead to manage retainer and brand campaign projects, including day-to-day client liaison, interpreting client briefs, supporting strategic planning, and coordinating internal teams to deliver ongoing work.
This role requires experience working in an integrated communications or PR agency environment.
Responsibilities:
Account & Project Management
- Participate in client meetings with cross-agency partners and cross-functional teams
- Serve as a reliable day-to-day contact for clients and craft clear, professional written communication
- Translate client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and execution plans
- Coordinate with internal teams, regional offices, and agency partners to ensure aligned execution across markets
- Oversee the quality of deliverables produced by junior team members
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
- Manage project budgets, quotations, and related financial processes
- Lead the team in developing project recap reports and highlight key insights and learnings
Media/Influencer Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media & influencers across general and verticals
- Capable of pitching media/influencer editorial features and earn coverage
- Identify celebrities and influencers to support brand storytelling and engagement
- Manage media partnerships and oversee quality control of media content (including video and imagery)
Content Development
- Draft selected communication materials including press releases, speeches, event rundowns, briefing books, media and KOL briefs, and video scripts
- Review and refine deliverables produced by junior team members to ensure quality and consistency
Research & Planning
- Support the development of presentations and proposals using industry insights and market research
- Analyze data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
New Business Support
- Support the team lead in new business development, including client communication and pitch proposal preparation
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in integrated comms or PR agency background
- Able to communicate and collaborate daily with overseas foreign colleagues and other stakeholders (e.g. media & KOL) via email and necessary tools (e.g. WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, Viber,etc.) Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and liaise with clients effectively.
- A proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-market or regional teams is a plus
