What We're Looking For:

• Client whisperer. You're the main point of contact, managing relationships and ensuring our work delivers results.
• Social & content expert. You understand social platforms inside-out, from community management to content development.
• Strategic thinker. You know how to craft campaigns that don't just look good but work hard.
• Data-savvy. You get what metrics matter, how to track them, and what to do when the numbers aren't adding up.
• Team player & mentor. You work closely with the Client Services Director and junior servicing team, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.
• New Business support. You help drive growth by contributing to pitches and proposals.
• Organised but adaptable. You keep projects running smoothly while navigating the unexpected.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

At least 4 years of relevant experience in a social media or creative agency.

A strong track record in client and account management.

Solid understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital trends.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset—because no two days are the same.

A passion for creativity, innovation, and making an impact.
