Responsibilities:
Prospect for new business and manage existing accounts to foster growth and develop new programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service, managing the customer journey from order to delivery, including complaint resolution and RMA returns.
Translate customer needs into solutions, resolve technical issues, and differentiate from competitors.
Ensure a superior customer experience through all interactions and communications.
Own the maintenance and accuracy of the Salesforce database, including contact details, project statuses, and sales forecasts.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve systems, processes, and overall operational efficiency.
Actively seek ways to enhance the effectiveness of existing work procedures and tools.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or it's equivalent, with relevant sales and application expertise.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical sales and industrial distribution, consistently exceeding targets.
Strong technical background in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, with practical application experience.
Proactive, driven, and results-oriented with a true hunter mindset.
Sound commercial acumen with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
