Your role within the team

Key person in Singapore to manages distributor relationships across local and key export markets including Japan, Thailand, SEA for the designated brands Solid Gold and Zesty Paws. Overseeing order collection, stock checks, and trade program execution while tracking sales performance, coordinates operational tasks and assists with brand and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management & Distributor Excellence

  • Manage daily communication with the distributors in Singapore + export markets (Japan, Thailand, SEA) for both Solid Gold and Zesty Paws.
  • Lead order collection, stock checks, and trade program execution.
  • Track performance against sales targets, inventory days, and activation plans.

Channel Execution

  • Ensure price integrity, catalogue accuracy, promotion execution across all channels.
  • Support online & retail pet specialty partners and marketplace sellers with content and tools.
  • Consolidate monthly sell-in / sell-out reports and insights.

Operational Coordination

  • Work with Sales Ops Manager on forecasting, shipment planning, QA docs, and regulatory needs.

Brand & Digital Support

  • Support Brand Manager by coordinating influencer shipments, samples, assets.
  • Provide market-ground insights for SG-market specific campaigns.

Desired Skills and Experience

To make sure we are setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline
  • 25 years in account management or trade roles in FMCG/e-commerce/distribution preferred
  • Strong communicator, customer-oriented, good operational discipline
  • Proficiency in English is essential, Korean or Japanese language skills are a strong advantage
  • Occasional travel as required
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment
