Job Description

We have partnered with a renowned global leader in information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. This company offers comprehensive, integrated solutions across key domains, including telecom networks, IT, smart devices, and cloud services, driving innovation and digital transformation worldwide

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and sales efforts to meet sales targets and drive business growth in the local market
  • Identify, prospect, qualify, and target accounts that fit the industry profile, both pre- and post-market
  • Conduct regular business reviews, leveraging internal analytics and market intelligence to gain customer insights. Understand data trends, both positive and negative, to uncover new opportunities for growth, increase sales, and retain and expand the business by presenting strategic solutions to customers
  • Achieve sales and activity performance goals, including weekly pipeline reporting by opportunity. Prepare reports and communicate monthly summaries of wins, losses, inhibitors, and new opportunities
  • Develop and manage customer relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with regional and global strategies

Requirements

  • Expertise in client and partner management with cross-disciplinary experience in business strategy and account management
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance metrics, excellent negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively at senior levels within client organizations
  • Excellent understanding of IT strategy and the key challenges faced by CIOs and their decision-making processes
  • Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth within major client accounts
  • Experience in strategic account planning, with practical knowledge of developing and implementing complex account plans
