Job Description

This is a consultative and hunting sales position specifically targeting multinational organisations with regional or global decision making. The candidate is required to sell the full Orange Business Services portfolio including wide area network services, local area network services, voice services, infrastructure applications and associated infrastructure services and consulting offers.

Candidates will be responsible to develop new business and to maintain existing key global accounts. Orange exclusively targets multinational customers with the candidate working on a small number of large value opportunities. This is primarily a Singapore-based role that may include travel to transform and support customers regional or global initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish, maintain and grow profitable business relationships with selected customer and prospects. To provide thought leadership, direction, energy and drive for all engagments with these customer
  • Have a strong understanding of the business requirement's of Orange customers and be able to translate these into business opportunites that can be addressed by solutions and services from the Orange portfolio.
  • Manage all aspects of the business with customer including meeting or exceeding sales targets, accurately forecasting sales opportunities, generating and executing on account plans, working across teams and across the globe.
  • Working within defined teams build complex offerings based on sound commercial, technical and legal practice. Negotiate complex contractual terms and conditions with customers.

Requirements/Skill Profile:

  • Degree in IT/Business/Finance, or relevant subject with consultative sales experience in selling IT services
  • Experience in high-level corporate sales of managed services and/or outsourcing solutions with ability to suggest a valid argument for the fiscal benefits of such services.
  • Established wide network of prospects in sectors such as Manufacturing, IT, Financial Services and Transportation
  • Strong salesmanship with proven sales track record
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent ability to engage with all levels, especially the C-level.
  • Must be French speaking

Account Management:

Drive growth in revenue, margin and the number of services/solutions by increasing customer satisfaction and developing strategic relationships to align solutions to customer's Business and IT initiatives develop and manage the professionalism, best practices and deliverables for each member of the extended account team, in order to distinguish Orange from other partners. Build customer loyalty through consistent performance that can be leveraged by other Orange account teams to grow revenue.

Business Development (new customers)-

Identify sufficient potential customers (TML) who do not currently have any of their IT&T spend with Orange to meet pipeline goals. This is to be achieved by preparing a sales plan to effectively approach and acquire the business of those customers levering a pro-active call schedule and management support to win new business.

In support of Customer focus, responsible to act as a challenger, providing true partnership levels of service to customers to help them meet their business objectives and grow their businesses, and to ensure Orange is seen as an essential and contributing partner to their success.

In support of solution development and delivery, responsible for leadership and coordination of work activities that cross functional teams and business units.

In support of building strong customer relationships and addressing customer requirements with appropriate communications solutions, the role has a strong understanding of the customer's industry, as well as a broad understanding of the capabilities provided by Orange Business Services.
