Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to grow relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers on behalf of an international industrial solutions provider, which supplies engineered components and technical services to industries worldwide. You will own a portfolio of accounts, win new business and make sure customers get dependable support.

Key Responsibilities

Grow revenue across an assigned portfolio and deliver agreed sales targets.
Build trusted relationships with buyers, engineers and decision-makers.
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
Review account performance and shape a plan for each key client.
Pursue new opportunities in OEM, semiconductor, life sciences and precision engineering segments.
Showcase our product and engineering range through presentations and site visits.
Respond promptly to enquiries, orders and delivery questions.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and keep clients informed.
Uphold company safety, quality and compliance standards in every interaction.
Maintain accurate records and keep the CRM up to date.
Submit regular forecasts and activity reports.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
At least 3 years in sales, account management or business development within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Exposure to OEM, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences or precision engineering clients.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Capability to juggle several accounts and priorities at once.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
