Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking Account Managers to build and maintain customer relationships, support business development, and coordinate sales opportunities from quotation through order fulfilment. The role works closely with customers and internal teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned customers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable products, services or project solutions.
• Identify customer needs and follow up on business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contract documents, ensuring customer details and commercial terms are accurate.
• Coordinate order processing and track fulfilment, delivery, invoicing and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunity information and contract files.
• Coordinate with sales, project, procurement and finance teams to support smooth order execution.
• Prepare for customer meetings, record discussion points and follow up on agreed actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, business operations or sales support.
• Good understanding of commercial terms, customer relationships, order processes and delivery arrangements.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple customer requests and follow up on actions in a timely manner.
• Experience in IT, cloud computing, digital infrastructure or AI industries is an advantage.
• Indonesian language skills are an advantage.
