Job Description
. Take lead to develop bespoke solutions that resolves client pain points alongside internal engineering teams.
. Proactive engagement of clients, to establish deep set interpersonal and interorganizational relationships
. Develop and execute Business Unit (BU) specific marketing plans in alignment with sales strategies and marketing goals
. Plan, coordinate and conduct solution-centric engineering demonstrations for clients.
. Design, plan, coordinate and conduct marketing event/workshop/demo customized for all clients.
. Manage, track and report on sales & marketing activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
. Lead in tender bidding and contract management, including negotiation and influencing external stakeholders concerned
. Directly interfaces with outside vendors including agencies, production and fulfilment vendors, as well as business partners
. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
. Diploma, Degree in IT/Marketing/Communications or related discipline
. Multiple experiences in Sales ICT/Software/Network/Audio-Visual industry preferred
. Excellent oral and written communication skills
. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
. Possess experience in programme/contract bidding
. Very importantly to be a team player
. Excellent time-management and organisational skills in managing multiple priorities and projects
. Computer literate with experience with productivity software packages e.g. MS office
