Job Description

  • Overview of the role: The candidate will have the opportunity to promote and sell a range of cutting-edge mobile services, including the transport of signalling and data roaming traffic (SS7, LTE, IPX), sponsored roaming, e-sim and 5G roaming services. The candidate main responsibilities will include prospecting potential clients, educating them about our innovative solutions, negotiating favourable commercial contracts, and achieving both quantitative and qualitative objectives. In addition, The candidate will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with new customers, as well as collaborating with internal entities such as Product, Presales, Billing, Operations, Legal, and more.
  • Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities by directly engaging with key decision-makers through calling, emailing, and other contact efforts.
  • Become a product expert in Sparkle's mobile offerings and quickly adapt your recommendations to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Develop and execute country/product strategies to ensure target attainment across your assigned territory.
  • Manage and nurture commercial relationships with customers, working closely with the rest of the organization to provide the best solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the game by keeping abreast of market developments and movements within your assigned territories, and devising business strategies in anticipation of such developments.
  • Resolve billing and settlement disputes with customers, with the support of appropriate Sparkle's working groups.
  • Ensure smooth internal implementation of all commercial agreements with carriers/countries.
  • Manage the sales life cycle of new customers and prospects, including CRM management.
  • Represent Sparkle at various industry events, such as WAS, Capacity and so on.
