Account Manager

The Account Manager role offers the opportunity to manage client relationships and support business growth within the ERP solutions space. This role is ideal for someone with strong account management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills who can act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support long-term retention and satisfaction

• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand business relationships

• Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, understand business needs, and gather feedback

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requirements and deliver suitable solutions

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other supporting documentation as needed

• Promote additional products and services where relevant to create added value for customers

• Monitor account performance and work towards achieving agreed business objectives and targets

• Maintain accurate customer records and account updates within the company's CRM system

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant background

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a related role is an advantage

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining long-term client relationships

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems effectively

• Good listening skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment
