Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by building strong relationships, developing account strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client objectives. The role requires expertise in IT business solutions (ERP), digital transformation, cloud computing, along with strong analytical and project management capabilities. The Account Manager will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients to drive business value and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by implementing structured and consistent sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage pipeline tracking effectively.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with key and strategic customer accounts.
  • Deliver professional and engaging sales presentations to stakeholders.
  • Develop strong client relationships across organizational levels, including senior leadership, while understanding clients business environments and needs.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements, including pricing, terms, and service scope.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention through effective account management and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop proposals and solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation in compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning and business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial practices.
  • Demonstrated interest and capability in sales, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Good knowledge of IT solutions, including areas such as digital transformation and cloud technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resourceful.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond promptly and professionally.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT sales or business solutions.
  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.
