Responsibilities:
- Generate, maintain, and develop sales forecasts for allocated customer accounts
- Develop a new customer base through cold-calling, relationship management, and industry contacts
- Collaborate across teams to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources for successful solutions
- Achieve sales quotas by identifying and converting business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Understand IT product solutions and services to effectively present value propositions
- Participate in negotiations to successfully close sales
- Report on customer activities and market trends in weekly sales meetings
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the IT industry
- Knowledge of IT product solutions and services
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and results-driven mindset
- Ability to understand customer business problems and qualify sales opportunities
