Job Summary

Offer IT Services and Business Solutions. Managing client relationships and ensuring the

successful delivery of IT services and business solutions.

Job Scope

  • Implement effective and consistent sales processes to achieve revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking.
  • Manage and develop major and critical customer accounts.
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at the C Suite while understanding and communicating prospective customers corporate culture.
  • Negotiate all aspects of contractual agreement including terms and conditions, duration, and pricing with the contracting entity.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through effective post-sales support.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals with Technical Solution Pre-sales team and Delivery team for clients needs and requirements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and implementation.
  • Work well with Operation/Delivery Teams and other relevant stakeholders for the account management and smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure proper handling/producing of sales documentation with strict adherence to company policies and processes.
  • Research, monitor and understand the market trends and competitive trends to create strategic plans that will deliver desired results.
  • Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships

  • Having strong business-related knowledge, conscious and sensitive to business practices
  • Ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach
  • Strong understanding of IT business solutions, digital transformation, cloud computing.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Should be capable of thriving in the competitive market
  • Highly Self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
  • Meticulous, detailed, resourceful and result oriented
  • To work with high energy, self-responsibility, and determination
  • Team player and able to work under fast-paced environment

  • Privy to confidential information held on our databases and must exercise discretion
  • Confident to deal with several things at any one time and constantly re-evaluate priorities.
  • A polished appearance is necessary when meeting with clients
  • Occasional overtime may be required as per management's request
  • Bilingual, strong command of English and spoken mandarin would be advantageous
