Job Description

Account Manager, Asia

Responsibilities

  • Providing an excellent level of service to all assigned Accounts
  • Responsible for maximizing system usage, engagement and volumes
  • Responsible for ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for reaching your target of 100% subscription renewals
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to sell further solutions within your Account organizations
  • Responsible for developing an expertise in all features of the Integral system as it relates to your Accounts

Knowledge, Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge and/or experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Significant experience in an account management role at a Financial Institution or software solutions vendor.
  • Experience with eFX solutions at a bank or software solutions vendor
  • Proven experience in managing relationships at senior levels within an organization
  • Good understanding of competitive landscape and market trends

Skills And Competencies

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business level Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin language proficiency
  • Commercial acumen with strong math skills essential
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Ability to work within all levels of large organizations with diplomatic skills and political sensitivity
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products as well as CRM systems
  • 3 or more years of proven experience in a Sales, Relationship Management or Customer Success environment
  • Experience working with an e-trading platform, FX, or other financial markets software product via either a vendor or bank
  • Responsible & self-motivated; capable of self-managing. Must co-ordinate effectively with colleagues as part of a geographically dispersed team
  • Detail orientated; patience and perseverance in seeing a complex problem through to an agreed solution
  • High levels of proficiency with electronic trading applications and foreign exchange markets
  • High energy team player
