Manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial and Large Enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor, delivering consultative sales across StarHubs enterprise telco solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage assigned accounts, building strong client relationships.
  • Drive new account growth, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue.
  • Proactively engage clients, identify needs, and deliver value-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet sales targets (revenue, order book) on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasts, and account records.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction (NPS, KPIs).
  • Handle escalations effectively and uphold service quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diplomaqualification Bachelors Degree is an advantage.
  • At least3 years of experiencein Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or B2B Account Management.
  • Prior exposure toEnterprise or Commercial B2B clientsis strongly preferred.
  • Experience inTelecommunications, IT, or Technology serviceswill be an added advantage.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
