The Education Consultant is required to engage with candidates over the phone & email. To elaborate what our programmes entitles them to, while fixing appointment with them then after doing a presentation to them.
Responsibilities
- Secure appointments from client enquiries through different platforms centralized in our CRM system
- Create connections to potential candidates from provided leads and sources through phone calls
- Send reminders to candidates for upcoming appointments
- Conduct consultation to potential candidates on programmes
- Application Forms filling and administrative etc
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Display a positive attitude towards learning
- Training will be provided, technical knowledge is not required
- Shows initiative and is proactive
- Detail oriented, honors deadlines, keeps promises, and maintains service standards
- Able to talk to candidates with confidence, civility and tact
