Account Manager (Indonesia - Hospitality)

We're looking for an Account Manager to support and guide our client's partner in Bali, Indonesia, helping them succeed and thrive with the client.

This position is ideal for someone who brings energy, empathy, and curiosity to every interaction, and who thrives in a dynamic, partner-facing environment.

This is a contract role for 12 months and highly renewable!

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partners, offering timely support and guidance.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Deeply understand the client's product and partner's challenges, using that knowledge to advise partners and share feedback with internal teams.
• Partner with colleagues to deliver impactful one-to-many programs such as webinars, email campaigns, and community events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Atleast 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, or a similar client-facing role.
• With confidence presenting ideas and building rapport in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is required as this role will cover Bali, Indonesia market
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth for Hosts.
• A natural relationship builder with energy, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and data-driven approaches to support decision-making.
• A collaborative teammate who shares knowledge and supports the broader team.
