Account Manager

We're looking for someone who can hold a lot of moving parts in their head without dropping any of them. You have 18 tabs open and know exactly what's in each one.

At Holos, we handle digital branding and marketing for companies in high-consideration markets — premium retail, professional services, home & living, finance, for example.

It's a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who can keep client relationships warm, keep the creative team on track, and keep things moving forward without things falling through the cracks.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts: keeping relationships healthy, running WIP calls, getting approvals and review rounds in
• Be the link between our creative team and clients
• Coordinate social content production, shoots, and deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously
• Set up and maintain our project management system — tasks, subtasks, assignees, due dates, etc.
• Flag problems before they become problems

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience, ideally in an agency
• You know what it feels like when 3 clients want something done yesterday, and you know what to move first
• Strong people skills – clients feel looked after, the team knows where things stand
• Solid understanding of digital marketing: social content, influencer, websites. Hands-on experience in any of these is a plus.
• Willingness to learn fast matters more than knowing everything

The practical stuff

• Hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm
• 3 days WFO (Tampines Industrial), 2 days WFH
• Occasional OT during crunch — maybe 1–2 hours, 3–5 times a month. Dinner and transport home covered on those days.
• Salary: SGD 3,500 to 4,000 depending on experience
