Job Description

  • Position: Digital Marketing Account Manager (Agency) | Client-Facing Role
  • Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6.30pm
  • Salary: Up to $6,500 + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Digital Marketing Agency


Main responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong client relationships to understand business objectives
  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media)
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, technical) for campaign execution
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners
  • Develop marketing strategies, proposals, and campaign roadmaps
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns aligned with client expectations
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirement

  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Good organisational and project management skills
  • Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
