Main responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships to understand business objectives
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media)
- Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, technical) for campaign execution
- Liaise with external vendors and partners
- Develop marketing strategies, proposals, and campaign roadmaps
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns aligned with client expectations
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirement
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
- Ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Good organisational and project management skills
- Able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
