The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to help manage one of the agency's key clients. Reporting to the Account Director, you will be immersed in a collaborative environment, working with a highly experienced team.

You will develop and execute integrated campaigns — with a growing focus on social, content, and digital activations — that bring fun and fame to both our clients and the agency.

You will play an active role in shaping the strategic planning and direction of campaigns, working closely with creative and production teams to deliver work that exceeds client expectations.

You are a confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with a range of clients, and have some experience supporting or guiding junior team members, with the ambition to further develop your management capabilities.

Our Ideal Candidate

• You are a true integrated suit — with prior agency experience across traditional outputs (video, print, BTL), as well as social, digital, and content-led campaigns
• You have strong communication skills — a good listener who writes well, articulates ideas clearly, and contributes confidently in presentations and brainstorms
• You are well organised, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy
• You are able to run campaigns with a good level of independence, while knowing when to seek guidance
• You manage your time well and are comfortable handling multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered in line with agency timelines
• You have a growth mindset and can spot opportunities within clients businesses
• You are comfortable managing budgets, working closely with Integrated Producers and Creatives to deliver quality work at the best value, while keeping commercial objectives in mind
• You have some experience supporting or guiding Account Executives or interns, or are ready to take this on as a next step
• You are able to build and maintain client relationships up to Senior Marketing Manager level
• You have experience working with external partners (including media, digital, and social agencies) to deliver integrated campaigns, while helping to uphold brand consistency
