Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts by building strong, long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all enquiries and concerns are addressed promptly
- Understand client business needs and objectives deeply, proposing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and retention
- Develop and present account plans, proposals, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and service commitments on time
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue and business growth
- Monitor account performance metrics and proactively address any issues that may impact client satisfaction
- Coordinate contract renewals, negotiations, and documentation in line with company policies and client expectations
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations
- Represent the organisation professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches
