Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts by building strong, long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all enquiries and concerns are addressed promptly
  • Understand client business needs and objectives deeply, proposing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and present account plans, proposals, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and service commitments on time
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue and business growth
  • Monitor account performance metrics and proactively address any issues that may impact client satisfaction
  • Coordinate contract renewals, negotiations, and documentation in line with company policies and client expectations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations
  • Represent the organisation professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply - training will be provided
