Account Manager (Finance & Compliance)

• Manage full sets of accounts for Industries and Holding entities
• Ensure timely and accurate GST submissions, corporate tax filing, and other statutory requirements
• Lead yearly audits and liaise with external auditors
• Oversee AR/AP operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions
• Supervise and supportMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), Docuware, and finance systems
• Develop and maintain up-to-date SOPs and internal controls
• Lead and manage a team of 3 accounting staff, including guidance, training, and performance review
• Cover duties for team members when required
• Review subsidiary performance and ensure alignment with corporate ethics and regulations
• Support ISO audits and prepare regular management reports

What You Bring

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, LCCI, or equivalent
• Minimum 35 years of relevant experience managing full sets of accounts
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 BC / NAV,Docuware, andSQL
• Familiar with server-based finance applications
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience leading a small team
