Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand account growth and profitability.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Develop and execute account strategies with short-, mid-, and long-term goals, including customer retention and satisfaction.
- Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs, and financial performance.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, articulating business value and showcasing outcomes.
Skills & Requirements:
- 35 years of professional sales experience, preferably in software or technology services.
- Experience engaging mid to large enterprise customers.
- Strong ability to build trust with C-level executives.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
