Job Description

Job Role: - Account Manager

Job Location: - Singapore

Experience: - 3-5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand account growth and profitability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Develop and execute account strategies with short-, mid-, and long-term goals, including customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs, and financial performance.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, articulating business value and showcasing outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 35 years of professional sales experience, preferably in software or technology services.
  • Experience engaging mid to large enterprise customers.
  • Strong ability to build trust with C-level executives.
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
