The Partnership & Account Manager - Door-to-Door Channel is responsible for driving new-customer acquisition via Singtel's door-to-door channel while also building and managing strategic partner relationships to maximise commercial performance. This role manages outsourced field partners, ensures safe and compliant execution of door-to-door campaigns, delivers partner training and operational support, and partners with internal stakeholders to optimize campaign performance and customer experience.

Door-to-Door Channel Management

  • New-customer acquisition targets for the Door-to-Door channel and develop field strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Plan and execute door-to-door campaigns, including territory planning, resource allocation and create promotional bundles with internal stakeholders.
  • Track and analyse sales KPIs, run root-cause analysis to address performance gaps and propose corrective actions produce regular senior-management reports with insights and process-improvement recommendations to lift conversion rates and improve customer outcomes.
  • Ensure partners conduct door-to-door visits in accordance with Singtel standards, SOPs and safety requirements.
  • Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately through Singtel systems (eForm / RIMS) and closed in compliance with company policy.
  • Builds and sustains trusted partner relationships via tailored support and joint business reviews prepares and presents MBRs/QBRs on sales performance, customer acquisition trends and growth plans.
  • Deliver mandatory new-hire and refresher training: product, systems (eForm/RIMS), fraud awareness, PDPA, customer handling and safety.
  • Ensure all field activities meet regulatory and company compliance standards and escalate non-compliance.
  • Communicate product launches, service enhancements and campaign changes to partners and field teams.
  • Provide operational support to partners for service issues, installations and customer escalations.

Partner Development & Operations

  • Recruit, onboard and enable new door-to-door partners and agents to scale coverage and continuity.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with partners provide operational guidance and escalate/resolve field issues promptly.
  • Oversee incentive and commission payments for partners ensure timely disbursement and resolve disputes.
  • Manage contractual renewals, ensuring contracts are approved and signed prior to expiry.

Skills for Success

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
  • 3-7+ years experience in field sales, channel/partner management or account management for senior roles, 7+ years with leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated track record meeting/exceeding field sales targets and managing outsourced field teams.
  • Prior exposure to door-to-door/direct selling, campaign execution and partner enablement strongly preferred.
  • Partnerships relationship management, excellent coaching, people-management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong operational discipline with high attention to compliance (PDPA, fraud prevention, SOPs).
  • Data-driven problem solver: able to monitor KPIs, perform root-cause analysis and implement field tactics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Adaptable, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
