Account Manager (Client Management & Testing of AI Tools)

SJ Digital Media is expanding, and we are looking for an Account Manager who can confidently manage client relationships, oversee project timelines, and support the company's transition into AI-enabled workflows. This role requires strong communication, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth client experiences and timely delivery across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships
. Understand client objectives and ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams
. Prepare proposals, action plans, reports, and follow-up documentation
. Coordinate approvals, gather requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment

Project Coordination & Timeline Management

. Oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope
. Work closely with design, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to coordinate tasks
. Track progress, escalate issues promptly, and ensure timely resolutions
. Maintain structured documentation and ensure project workflows are consistently followed

AI Tools Adoption & Workflow Enhancement

. Learn and use AI tools for research, content drafting, workflow automation, scheduling, and project reporting
. Assist in developing new AI-driven processes to improve team productivity
. Test various AI tools (e.g., CRM automation, content AI, project AI, chatbot systems) and recommend improvements
. Support internal adoption of AI tools by coordinating training, onboarding, and implementation efforts

Internal Collaboration & Leadership Support

. Work closely with directors and project leads to align client needs with company objectives
. Provide guidance to overseas teams by communicating clearly, tracking task completion, and ensuring deliverable consistency
. Assist with internal planning, documentation, and operational tasks when required

Requirements

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in managing client-facing interactions
. Highly organised, timeline-driven, and consistent in meeting deadlines
. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
. Open-minded and eager to explore AI tools to enhance work efficiency
. Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
. Comfortable coordinating with overseas teams and managing cross-border workflows
. Positive attitude, responsibility, and professionalism in all interactions

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience in account management, project management, or client services
. Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms (training will be provided)
. Basic understanding of branding, marketing, or digital workflows
. Experience working with creative teams, designers, or developers is an advantage
