The ideal candidate is to set up, operate and maintain the Central Registry of registered caller name IDs which will be used as a source of truth by telcos to verify and tag authenticated calls under the CNIR initiative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate, review, and implement policies, workflows, SOPs, Rules of Registration, User Agreements, and public communications to meet CNIR's established objectives
- Provide guidance and account management for CNIR user organizations to ensure compliant onboarding of CNIR and Caller Name ID registrations according to KYC requirements
- Engage Mobile Network Operators and Mobile Virtual Network Operators on CNIR matters while coordinating with stakeholders including IMDA, MDDI, and other authorities
- Interface with CNIR vendors and Digital Services team to enhance system capabilities and produce management reports for stakeholders
- Support funding proposals for grants, monitor deliverables and timelines, and assist with budget and finance-related matters for CNIR operations
Job Requirements:
- Background in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology or related fields.
- Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in programme or product management including policy and process formulation/review/implementation.
- Self-motivated team player who can also work independently to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication (writing and spoken) skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, Excel skills with task automation would be advantageous.
