Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their main point of contact for inquiries, issues, and feedback
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer needs and concerns
- Proactively reach out to customers to check satisfaction levels and gather feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services based on customer needs
- Identify and prospect potential new customers through networking, referrals, and other channels
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to attract and convert leads into new customers
- Act as a customer advocate, representing their interests and feedback within the organization
- Work with cross-functional teams to align customer engagement strategies with business objectives
- Communicate customer insights internally to drive process improvements and innovation
- Gather, analyze, and report on customer feedback and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of related working experience in the financial industry
