We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager / Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage key client relationships for a fastgrowing SME providing AI and data science solutions focused on sustainability and performance improvement in the built environment.

This role requires a strong understanding of building systems and facility operations and the ability to work closely with customers, technical teams, and external partners to translate business needs into welldefined, commercially viable solutions. The successful candidate will own the full sales lifecycle-from opportunity development and solution design through proposal, presentation, and deal closure-while ensuring alignment with delivery capabilities and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle including business development, pipeline creation, forecasting, and deal closure.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain a robust pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Develop compelling sales presentations, proposals, and solution pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and potential partnerships.
  • Prepare proposals and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract award.

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Maintain and grow customer accounts through proactive engagement and relationship management.
  • Understand customer needs and articulate relevant data, analytics, and AIdriven solutions effectively.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Solution Knowledge & Presentation

  • Present and communicate the value of Azendian's products, professional services, and analytics solutions.
  • Stay updated on technology trends, especially in Data Science, AI, and analytics, to engage clients effectively.

Proposal & Commercial Development

  • Lead the preparation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, statements of work, and presentations.
  • Work with delivery teams to estimate implementation effort, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure pricing, cost estimates, and margin assumptions are accurate.
  • Support contract negotiations and deal structuring.

Internal Collaboration & Delivery Alignment

  • Act as the primary commercial interface between customers and internal delivery teams.
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to project delivery, with clear scope, expectations, and success criteria.
  • Support ongoing customer engagement during project execution to ensure satisfaction and enable upsell or expansion opportunities.

Market & Domain Engagement

  • Stay current with trends in smart buildings, BMS, HVAC, sustainability, ESG, and datadriven energy optimization.
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership teams on market needs and customer insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Postgraduate / Professional / Master's Degree in any Engineering discipline.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 4 years in account management or solution sales.
  • Preferably experienced or knowledgeable in HVAC system, Data, Analytics, AI, or technology-related solutions.
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Actionoriented, persuasive, and confident in influencing prospects and stakeholders.
  • Selfmotivated, targetdriven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possesses a pleasant and professional personality to build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Detailoriented in shaping deals and evaluating risks appropriately.
  • Strong command of sales process management with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively and consistently meet sales objectives.
