Account Management Intern

About the job:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Account Servicing team. As an intern, you will assist in the day-to-day management of client accounts, supporting the team in coordinating campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and helping with the execution of marketing strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about advertising, marketing, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Account Management team in the coordination of client projects, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, taking detailed notes and preparing follow-up action items.
• Support the development and execution of advertising campaigns, including creative briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and client updates.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure campaign goals are aligned.
• Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and organizing project files.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project workflow.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in advertising, marketing, and client servicing.
• Experience in event management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
