Account Management, Associate Director

The Role

• Act as the key point of contact for hedge fund clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment across service teams.
• Lead and coach fund accounting/middle office teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Drive issue resolution, service enhancements, and client onboarding.
• Manage client meetings, due diligence requests, and board reporting.
• Coordinate with third parties (auditors, legal, tech providers) to support client operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and standardization.

Your Profile

• 8+ years in fund accounting or middle office, ideally in hedge funds.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident communicator and experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record in driving operational improvements.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
