Handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters, including fixed asset management
Prepare and submit management and statutory reports
Participate in yearly budgeting procedure
Prepare, develop and analyze key financial information and business statistics to facilitate Management in the decision-making process
Liaise with auditors, secretarial as well as any other stakeholders
Provide administrative as well as HR support of the Singapore office as well as the field team (inclusive of payroll) which handles full spectrum of Admin and HR functions including monthly payroll, attendance and leave management, insurance, CPF & other contributions, tax returns, staff turnover cycle, HR System, recruitment, on-boarding & off-boarding, and various HR reports
Provide administrative support including tenancy, service contract and business license renewal, fixed asset management, procurement, and payment, etc., based on standard guidelines
Report to local Management and Hong Kong Head Office
Any ad hoc assignment as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Accounting or equivalent Professional Qualification (ACCA / CPA)
Minimum 3 years all rounded experience including accounting, human resources and office administration, experience in the Freight Forwarding industry will be an advantage.
Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Well organized, a strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented
Good in written English and Chinese
Proficient in SAP, MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
