- AR & AP functions
- Maintain petty cash
- Handling all kind of foreign workers issues
- Application, renewal, cancellation of Work Pass
- Daily attendance and OT report
- Update & maintain all the staff record, eg. leave, medical claims, training etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirement:
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English & Mandrian, able to communicate with various of Government agencies.
- Knowledge of MOM/IRAS regulations and rules
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel/Word
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Other Requirements (Optional):
Experience in SME / Construction / Engineering industry preferred
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
