Job Description
- Handle service job data entry, invoicing & scheduling
- HR matters (attendance, payroll, staff records)
- Simple accounting (AP/AR, petty cash)
- Support office & servicing team admin work
Requirements
- Min. O Level / Diploma
- 1 year admin or accounts experience
- Basic Excel & accounting software knowledge
- Able to multitask & communicate well
Working Time : 5.5days
Salary: $2,000 - $2,500
