  • Handle service job data entry, invoicing & scheduling
  • HR matters (attendance, payroll, staff records)
  • Simple accounting (AP/AR, petty cash)
  • Support office & servicing team admin work

Requirements

  • Min. O Level / Diploma
  • 1 year admin or accounts experience
  • Basic Excel & accounting software knowledge
  • Able to multitask & communicate well

Working Time : 5.5days
Salary: $2,000 - $2,500
