Job Description

Role & Responsibiliy:

  1. Timely closing of the accounts including the presentation of financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and other accounting schedules).
  2. Processing of payroll including arrangement of salary and CPF payment to Company employees, payslips and updating the relevant Government agencies.
  3. Quartery GST reporting.
  4. Supporting management decisions with the preparation of management reports, forecast and/or budgets.
  5. Liaison with banks including ensuring the timely repayment of bank loans.
  6. Annual filing with the authorities including ACRA and IRAS.
  7. Processing of payment via bank transfer and PayNow, etc.
  8. Submission of grant applications, statistics return etc. to the Government authorities.
  9. The above duties shall be for the Company and its related companies.
  10. Undergo work-related training and perform other duties as assigned by the management.


Requirement:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or any other related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of local account experience.
  3. Bilingual in English & Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarain speaking clients and suppliers.
  4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software, particularly in AutoCount.
  5. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST Regulations.
  6. Knowledge of payroll processes and employment regulations in Singapore.
  7. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
  8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
