Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on accounting entries including AP, AR, and GL transactions
- Prepare and review journal entries
- Prepare bank reconciliations, AP and AR schedules, and perform reasonableness checks
- Review Accounts Assistants data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist in month-end closing
- Prepare and review job cost reports and expense allocations
- Support GST reporting by preparing schedules and reviewing GST data (Form 5)
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and audit schedules
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager or Management
Requirements
. Good understanding of full set of accounts. Proficient in accounting systems . Strong attention to detail with ability to review and detect errors. Able to handle high-volume transactions independently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
