Sol Luminaire, an architectural lighting studio founded in Singapore, is expanding.
We are looking for an Account Executive to support our finance operations as we grow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions
- Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Prepare and submit monthly management accounts or reports in a timely manner
- Perform bank, inter-company, and accounts receivable reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
- Ensure accounting operations comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor AR ageing reports and follow up on outstanding payments, delayed payments, and discrepancies
- Prepare and process online payments accurately and on time
- Respond to enquiries relating to orders and finance matters
The Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 2-3 years of relevant experience handling full set of accounts
- Experienced in month-end closing and reconciliations
- Familiar with accounting controls and compliance requirements
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
