- Manage full set of accounts
- Perform daily accounting and finance duties including AR, AP processes, GL, tax, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Handle intercompany billing, manage transactions, and reconcile intercompany accounts
- Review staff claims for accuracy and supporting documentation before processing payments
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns
- Prepare required schedules/report for yearly audit and tax purpose
- Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (Xero) and MS Office
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
