Job Description

We're growing our commercial team inSingapore and looking for an Account Executive to drive our expansion acrossSoutheast Asia. This is a hunter's role: you'll own pipeline generation and revenue across the region, working directly with our VP of Business Development. The market is wide open and largely ours to define - if you like building rather than maintaining, you'll have room to run.

We're open to candidates at both AccountExecutive and Senior Account Executive level. Your title and package will reflect your experience and track record.

What you will do

  • Source, qualify, and close new enterprise business across Singapore, Malaysia,Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and other markets when the opportunity is right.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from first outreach through signed contract, including procurement, legal, and security review.
  • Build and carry your own pipeline. You'll generate the majority of it yourself.
  • Get on planes. Meet customers in person wherever it moves a deal forward.
  • Work with channel partners and distributors where they're the route to market.
  • Partner with our Proceq colleagues to sell combined hardware-and-software solutions that are stronger together than apart.
  • Bring the field back to HQ: sharp market and product feedback that shapes what we build next.
  • Forecast honestly and keep your pipeline clean.

Who you are

  • A track record of generating pipeline from a standing start and closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B deals.
  • Experience selling across Southeast Asian markets, and the cultural range to do it well.
  • Comfort with enterprise sales cycles in software, technology, or industrial /infrastructure sectors.
  • A genuine appetite for regional travel. This is core to the role, not occasional.
  • Strong commercial communication in English.
