Job Description
- Up till $2,750 basic + Allowances $80 + Bonus
- Work Location: Outram Rd
- Work time: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:15pm

Job Description:
- Issuing of cheques
- Preparing tax invoices
- Preparing credit notes
- Preparing debit notes
- Petty cash
- Preparing receipt / outgoing / journal voucher
- Preparing giro application form from customer and vendor
- Preparing bank - remittance application form
- Preparing letter of credit application form
- Stationery & paper apportionment
- Attend to queries from Department of Statistics
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting (LCC Level 3 / equivalent)
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
