Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships
• Understand clients legal needs and coordinate with lawyers to deliver appropriate services
• Support business development by identifying new client opportunities
• Prepare proposals, engagement letters, and fee quotations
• Follow up on client inquiries and ensure timely responses
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and legal documentation processes
• Monitor client accounts, billing matters, and payment follow-ups
• Maintain accurate client records and case-related information
• Assist in marketing activities such as events, networking, and client outreach
