Key Roles & Responsibilities
. Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing.
. Prepare financial reports, project cost analysis, and maintain accurate Project P&L records.
. Generate invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, quotations, and follow up on customer payments.
. Assist in GST submission, audit schedules, and liaise with external accountants and auditors when required.
. Support payroll processing and maintain employee records.
. Provide administrative and HR support, including documentation, filing, onboarding, and office administration.
. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email correspondence, providing first-level customer and business support.
. Coordinate daily office operations and maintain an organized office environment.
. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
. Maintain proper filing and documentation for financial, HR, and operational records.
. Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements
. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
. Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Full Set Accounts.
. Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, AutoCount, MYOB, or similar ERP systems).
. Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and bookkeeping.
. Experience in payroll processing, GST submission, and financial reporting is an advantage.
. Prior experience in the Interior Design, Renovation, or Construction industry will be an added advantage.
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and pay attention to details.
. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and suppliers.
