We're now looking for a fresh graduate or early-career talent to join our growing Singapore team. This is a rare opportunity to receive structured training, regional exposure, and mentorship from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong client relationships and act as the day-to-day client liaison, working closely with clients to understand their needs and marketing objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. creative, media buying, ad operations) and external partners (e.g. influencers/KOLs, freelancers, media vendors) to ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet quality standards. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, making sure they align with client expectations and campaign goals.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including performance marketing initiatives and social media campaigns by collaborating with specialist teams to meet client objectives
Assist in managing clients social media channels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu), including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and coordinating influencer partnerships to grow the online community.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and project status for clients, gathering key metrics and client feedback. Analyze outcomes and provide insights or recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness in future iterations.
Support the business development team with new business proposals and pitches as needed. This may include conducting research on prospective clients/markets, helping to draft proposal content, and assisting in the preparation of pitch materials.
Requirements & Qualifications
Fresh graduate or early-career professional with up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related discipline
Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients confidently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and project management abilities to coordinate multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and quality in campaign deliverables and documentation.
Analytically minded with a problem-solving attitude able to interpret campaign data and feedback to make or suggest optimizations.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and familiarity with major social media platforms
Fluent in written and spoken English, as clear communication is essential in a client-facing role
Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus, as this role may involve working with managing content on platforms such as XiaoHongShu.
