Job Description

Job Summary

Support business development and sales activities, Identifying potential clients, customer

engagement, proposal preparation and building long-term client relationships while providing

technology solutions to meet business needs.

Job Scope

  • Identify, target and develop new business opportunities in IT Solutions sector.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-markets and stakeholders, existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction, repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand client needs, provide sales quotation and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Negotiating contracts, terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Set, meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
  • Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
  • Provide consultative sales support to help clients optimize their IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure customer needs are met

Job Requirements

  • Interest in IT Solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity or system integration preferred.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Conscious, sensitive, practical and realistic to business practices.
  • Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and desire for sales with a confident and determined approach.
  • Highly Self-motivated, Matured, proactive and ambitious in achieving goals with minimal supervision.
  • Cost consciousness, positive, enthusiastic, meticulous, resourceful and result oriented.
  • To work with high energy, self-responsibility and determination.
  • Well-organized skill and persistence in completing tasks on time.
  • Pleasant and highly customer oriented, confident yet reassuring manner with clients always.
  • Responds quickly to customers and demonstrates efficiency.
  • Good telephone, face-to-face personal skills, presentation skills and time management.
