Support business development and sales activities, Identifying potential clients, customer
engagement, proposal preparation and building long-term client relationships while providing
technology solutions to meet business needs.
Job Scope
- Identify, target and develop new business opportunities in IT Solutions sector.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-markets and stakeholders, existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction, repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client needs, provide sales quotation and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiating contracts, terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Set, meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
- Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
- Provide consultative sales support to help clients optimize their IT infrastructure and operations.
- Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure customer needs are met

- Interest in IT Solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity or system integration preferred.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
