- Prepare of monthly CPF schedules
- Resolved customer account discrepancies
- Reconciled various expenditure reports to source documents.
- Reviewed procurement documents and invoices for accuracy
- Prepared routine entries and posted financial transactions.
- Reconciled entries and internal ledgers to financial system reports.
- Preparation of financial statements
- Carry out month end closing and assist in year-end audit. - Prepared Invoice and Delivery Order
- Handle petty cash, floats and expenses. - Continually meet and exceed the operational and administrative expectations of employers.
- Provide accurate administration of all paperwork generated at office level.
- Foregin workers salaries
- Candidates familar with construction company operation account are preferrable
