The Mission
Your mission is simple but not easy: drive revenue by acquiring new enterprise clients and establishing SafeSpace as the indispensable standard for AI security. You will be the tip of the spear in our go-to-market strategy, responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You won&apost just sell a product; you&aposll sell a vision and a critical solution to some of the world&aposs most pressing safety and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close new enterprise business within your assigned vertical or territory
- Leverage the Tech Stack: Master our sales technology stack, including Hubspot for CRM, Canva for proposal and presentation design, Apollo and Lusha for prospecting, and Gong for conversation intelligence.
- Build a Robust Pipeline: Aggressively identify and target key decision-makers (C-suite, VPs of Operations/Security/IT) in target industries like senior living, healthcare, logistics, and education, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Orum (for US markets).
- Articulate Value: Become an expert on the SafeSpace platform. Clearly articulate our unique value proposition, demonstrating how we solve critical problems. Use tools like Canva for presentations and Vidyard or Loom for personalized video outreach and demos.
- Drive Strategic Engagements: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, utilizing our DocuSign CPQ and e-signature process for proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate and Close: Skillfully navigate procurement processes, handle objections, and close deals that align with our strategic growth goals.
- Contribute to Strategy: Provide crucial market feedback to our product, marketing, and leadership teams to refine our strategy and accelerate our growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively engage with our Mindtickle sales enablement platform and use Ambition to track and exceed your performance goals.
What We&aposre Looking For
- Proven Performer: Min. 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, with a documented history of exceeding quota (e.g., President&aposs Club).
- Tech-Savvy Executor: Demonstrated expertise and fluency with a modern sales tech stack. Proficiency with Hubspot or a similar CRM is a must.
- Hunter Mentality: You&aposre a proactive self-starter who thrives on building something from nothing and is driven by the challenge of opening new doors.
- AI/Security Experience: Direct experience selling complex AI, computer vision, security, or enterprise software solutions is a strong plus.
- Strategic Acumen: You understand the nuances of enterprise sales and can create a compelling business case for a visionary solution.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills. You can simplify complex technical concepts into a clear, compelling narrative.

- Fast Starter & Travel: we plan for this role to attend a team on-boarding week of Oct 13th in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia with other new starters, and our global summit in mid January 2026 in Nashville, TN.
