As the Account Executive responsible for the Asia region, you will play a key role in building new strategic relationships, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities, and expanding DRC's presence in the Asian commercial property market.
You'll work closely with the CEO and global leadership team, helping shape our go-to-market strategy while introducing innovative spatial technology solutions to leading property owners, developers, and enterprises across the region.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive based in Singapore to lead new business development across Asia.
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with commercial real estate organisations, enterprises, and property stakeholders that can benefit from DRC's spatial technology platform.
You will be responsible for building a healthy pipeline of opportunities, managing a consultative sales process, and establishing trusted relationships with key decision-makers across the property and built environment sectors.
Working closely with marketing, solutions, and delivery teams, you will ensure successful client engagement while helping position DRC's Stak and Strat offerings as leading solutions for spatial intelligence and digital property insights.
