As the Account Executive responsible for the Asia region, you will play a key role in building new strategic relationships, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities, and expanding DRC's presence in the Asian commercial property market.

You'll work closely with the CEO and global leadership team, helping shape our go-to-market strategy while introducing innovative spatial technology solutions to leading property owners, developers, and enterprises across the region.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive based in Singapore to lead new business development across Asia.

This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with commercial real estate organisations, enterprises, and property stakeholders that can benefit from DRC's spatial technology platform.

You will be responsible for building a healthy pipeline of opportunities, managing a consultative sales process, and establishing trusted relationships with key decision-makers across the property and built environment sectors.

Working closely with marketing, solutions, and delivery teams, you will ensure successful client engagement while helping position DRC's Stak and Strat offerings as leading solutions for spatial intelligence and digital property insights.

Success Measures

Success in this role will be measured through:

  • Achievement of new business revenue targets across Asia
  • Growth of a strong and healthy sales pipeline
  • Conversion of prospects into long-term clients
  • Accuracy of pipeline forecasting and sales reporting
  • Development of strong relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial property ecosystem
  • Contribution to DRC's expansion and market presence across Asia

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial real estate, enterprise, and built environment sectors in Asia
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and strategic accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers across real estate, facilities management, digital transformation, and property investment teams
  • Present and position DRC's Stak and Strat platforms using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and deal closure
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, solutions, and delivery to ensure alignment on opportunities and client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within CRM systems
  • Represent DRC at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities across the region
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO on pipeline development, opportunities, and revenue progress

What Might an Average Week Look Like

This is a client-facing, business development-focused role where the majority of your time will be spent identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and progressing deals.

A typical week may include:

  • Prospecting and developing new leads across the Asian property market
  • Conducting discovery meetings with potential clients
  • Demonstrating DRC's technology solutions and discussing use cases with decision-makers
  • Progressing proposals and negotiations with potential clients
  • Collaborating internally with marketing, product, and delivery teams
  • Updating pipeline forecasts and reporting progress to leadership

You will operate with a high level of autonomy while remaining closely connected with the global leadership team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in PropTech, real estate technology, surveying, construction technology, or digital transformation solutions
  • Experience selling into commercial real estate organisations, developers, property investors, or enterprise facilities teams
  • Strong understanding of the Asian commercial property market
  • Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline and close new business
  • Comfortable managing a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycle
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecasting
  • Existing network within the Singapore or broader Asia property market is highly advantageous
