Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organised Accounts Executive cum HR Assistant to support our daily accounting operationsand HR. The role involves assisting the senior accounts personnel with full setaccounting tasks and handling HR matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Assist in GST reports and other tax-related matters
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Handle HR administration & maintain staff records & Payroll
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and HR documentation
- Coordinate staff leave records and HR related matters
- Provide general administrative support when required
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in accounting or HR roles
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills and able to interact well with various person
